The confirmation email from the Hyatt will have links to modify or cancel your reservation through their website.

Hyatt Regency Cancellation Policy:

Reservations must be cancelled more 48 hours prior to 11:59pm (local time) of the date of scheduled arrival to avoid a late cancellation fee equal to one night’s room and tax. 

FOR REGISTRATION FEES:  You may send a substitute in your place at any time. To request a refund (less a $100 service charge), notify Karen at CEMA (Karen@CEMAnet.org) of your cancellation in writing no later than noon on August 24. NO REFUNDS can be issued for cancellation after this date.

FOR HOTEL:  You should cancel hotel reservations directly with the Hyatt.  There will be a link to modify or cancel your reservation in your confirmation email from the hotel.

No.  You will receive links to minutes from prior meetings and to agendas for the meeting via email in advance.  

The schedule will be printed on the back of your nametag.

In addition, early every morning during the meeting you will receive an email with the schedule for the day including links to the agendas for that day's meetings.  *If you would like your daily emails send to an address other than the one you used to register, you can send that alternate email address to Angela@cemanet.org.

Business casual dress is appropriate.  Typically, collared shirts, button-up or golf shirts, and khakis or pants for men; slacks, shorts or skirts/dresses for women.

Your registration fee includes the following meals:

• Welcome Reception and Dinner
• Breakfast on Wednesday

The quoted hotel rates are available 3 nights before and 3 nights after the Meeting, subject to the hotel having availability.  Just choose a longer stay when you make your reservation.

There is complimentary self-parking for registered hotel guests and for event attendees who are not staying at the hotel.  EV charging stations are available in the parking area.
