Your registration fee includes the following meals:

In order for guests to participate in the meal events, they must be registered. The registration fees for guests are as follows:

What is the dress code?
Comfortable, casual dress is appropriate for the day sessions. Sportswear is customary — golf shirts and khakis or shorts for men; slacks, shorts or skirts/dresses for women.
Sunday night’s Welcome event is all about the opportunity to connect with like-minded professionals in a relaxed atmosphere. This year, you’re invited to show your musical roots by wearing a concert tee. Whether it’s a souvenir from your first concert, your most recent concert, or just your favorite band, represent by rocking the t-shirt and your favorite jeans.
For Tuesday evening’s dinner, the look is professional but relaxed. A button-up and slacks are perfect attire for men, but a sport coat is welcome if that’s more your style. Pantsuits, slacks and a blouse, or skirts / dresses are all perfect for women.
Will paper handouts be available at the Conference?
No, we are trying hard to reduce the impact of our meetings and conferences. You will receive links to minutes from the last meetings, and to agendas for the June conference via email in advance. Those links will also be posted on the home page of the Members Only section of the CEMA website. In addition, every evening during the conference, you will receive an email with the schedule for the following day including links to the agendas for that day’s meetings. Finally, QR codes will be posted each day linking to the agendas. *If you would like your daily emails sent to an address other than your primary work email, there’s a place to list that second email on your registration. If you’ve already registered, you can send that alternate email address to Angela@cemanet.org.
Are continuing education credits available?
Yes! We have revamped this following research into major states’ requirements, to aid you in getting credit for attending.
All attendees will receive a personalized Certificate of Attendance for submission to their certifying organizations as proof of continuing professional education. Each certificate will include:
-
-
- the specific sessions attended (based on the sign-in sheets),
- the topics covered in those sessions,
- the duration of each session, and
- the leader(s) of each session (Chair and/or Vice Chair).
-
What if I want to arrive early, or stay a few days longer?
The quoted hotel rates are available 3 nights before or after the Conference, subject to the hotel having room and rate availability. Plan as far ahead as possible for the best options.
Thank you for considering these opportunities to support CEMA’s 97th Engineering Conference.

(Your spouse and/or other guests are welcome to attend these events whether or not they register for the rest of the Conference.)
Registration for the Golf Tournament has closed, but there’s still time to sign up for the Beer Tasting!
CEMA’s 2nd Annual Beer Tasting
Monday, June 10 | 5:30 – 9:30pm
Back by Popular Demand: This year we’ll visit the only brewery located within the Naples city limits. Riptide Brewing Company is 100% family-owned and fiercely independent, encompassing the Southwest Florida lifestyle with a passion for craft beer. As they like to say, “Good brew, family, friends, community and fun: Life is good at Riptide!”
You’ll be picked up at the hotel at 5:30 and travel to the Riptide, where you will each enjoy a beer flight – four pours of some of Riptide’s most popular brews. Next up is a pint of your choosing – one from the flight, or another of the many choices, including ciders, wine, and their own hard seltzer — while enjoying delicious food from Cosmos Ristorante.
You can choose to purchase additional beverages before re-boarding the trolley at 9:00 to head back to the hotel.
The cost per person is $70; space is limited, so register today!
Registration for the Golf Tournament has closed.
CEMA’s First ‘Fore Engineers’ Golf Tournament
