2025 Summer Engineering Conference

June 8-11 | Naples Grande

This meeting provides opportunities for engineering representatives from member companies to develop and update CEMA engineering documents and standards while building relationships and strengthening the industry. All committees meet, with general sessions as well as breakout meetings for special projects, including work on:

the upcoming 8th Edition of “Belt Conveyors for Bulk Materials” (AKA The Belt Book),
a new edition of the Bucket Elevator Book, and
review of eight ANSI/CEMA Standards, including
- No. 550 “Classification and Definitions of Bulk Materials,” and
- the entire 400 series on Unit Handling Conveyors.

2025 Fall Meeting

September 16-17 | Dallas-Fort Worth Airport, Hyatt Regency

The Fall Meeting provides an opportunity for the Official and/or Alternate Representatives to CEMA to review the activities and progress made at the Summer Engineering Conference, and make decisions or give further recommendations to the engineers to guide their work. In addition, there is a guest speaker, and meetings are held for several core CEMA groups:

Committees: Meetings; Marketing & Membership; Engineering Conference Planning; Past Presidents; Joint Bucket Elevator & Screw Conveyor; Conveyor Chain & Sprocket; Conveyor Systems Integrators;
Sections: Unit Handling, and Bulk Handling.

CEMA will attend its first Latin American tradeshow in 2025 with a visit to PERUMIN to support our esteemed community of conveyor equipment manufacturers, and engineers in the region. We are excited about the opportunities for collaborating, networking, and growth. Plans are in the making for:

Hosting a meeting of attending members and potential members;
Valuable discussion groups to identify the interests and issues facing our industry partners, and ways CEMA can contribute.
