CEMA reported that its April 2019 Booked Orders decreased 5.2% when compared to April 2018 orders!

NAPLES, FL – The Conveyor Equipment Manufacturers Association reported that its April 2019 Booked Orders decreased 5.2% when compared to April 2018 orders.
April 2019 Booked Orders, when compared to March 2019 Booked Orders, were down 38.9%.
April Booked Orders were up 2.9% for Bulk Handling Equipment and down 52.4% for Unit Handling Equipment when compared to March.
CEMA’s April 2019 Billed Sales (shipments) decreased by 1.5% when compared to April 2018 sales.
April 2019 billed sales when compared to March billed sales were down 13.6%.
April Billed Sales were up 0.9% for Bulk Handling Equipment and down 17.7% for Unit Handling Equipment when compared to March. Click here for the PDF
